Shipping Policy

  • Label Khushboo Baheti offers free shipping to all our customers. There are no minimum amount criteria for free shipping

  • For deliveries within India, the price of the product includes all the state and central taxes and duties

  • For deliveries outside of India, the price does not include import duty(s) or any other tax, brokerage, etc. levied by the recipient's country

  • Once we ship your order, we will send you the tracking details over email and SMS/WhatsApp. The estimated delivery time of delivery is 1-2 weeks after the dispatch within India and 3-4 weeks after the dispatch outside of India

  • Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. It is mandatory to have unboxing video(s) to raise a complaint/dispute

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option/store credit/full refund

  • We use reliable courier services for deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, DTDC, ShipRocket and Delhivery

  • Ready-to-ship store pieces are usually dispatched in 3 working days as we do one final finishing before dispatching and customized outfits may take 2 weeks to dispatch

  • At times, orders can get delayed for reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order
